Joe has played music all over New England, Hawaii, California and now Texas. No stranger to different styles, he is very eclectic in his listening and playing genres as you can see from the set list. He has played guitar and sings lead and backing vocals and several different bands over the years and now fronts The Percolators.
Darryl has been playing trumpet and keyboards in popular wedding and party bands since the mid 1970s. His extensive experience in New England was instrumental in helping him blend in with the Houston Society Big Bands in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Today, Darryl is a music educator in the Woodlands, Tomball, Magnolia area along with adjunct faculty for San Jacinto and Lee College teaching trumpet to younger players. He performs regularly all around Houston appearing with orchestras, jazz ensembles, church praise bands and with his own group the Texas Brass.
Born in Pennsylvania, raised in Virginia, she got to Texas as quickly as possible. Her singing styles range from Heart to Etta James to Aretha and all points in between. She has performed locally with several bands before finding her home with Toast and Jam. Opening for acts like Martina McBride, Willie Nelson, The Dixie Chicks, and Grace Jones. She charted with a re-make of “Get Ready” which was adopted as the theme song for The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders in the ’90’s. She has performed internationally as a member of Expos\’e9. From ages 18 – 22 she toured the east coast in a rock band called BUBIT (best unknown band in town). They opened for such notables as Black Oak Arkansas and The Dixie Dregs. She comes from a singing family and all of her siblings are performers.
